This is Dasarathi Soren, a leading Development Officer with LIC of India which is a largest and oldest one and only nationalized Life Insurance Company in India. I joined this company on 26/03/2002 as Probationary Development Officer and by hard-working and putting sincere efforts in last 21 years, I have built a successful team of 150 Life Insurance Professionals which securing to more than 1,00,000 families.

I believe in development and grooming of my team with full focus on the earnings of each and every individual. Our team of agents, comprises of people of all age groups. There are agents as young as 20 years of age and as well as those of 60 years too but common thing between them is that they all are highly motivated and bearing with energy.
